Sessions are $100 per hour
I like to start by having about a 10 minute phone consultation, free from the obligation of an appointment so I can answer any questions you may have and to get acquainted. We can schedule your session at that time.
Sessions are a minimum of one hour. I will invite you to start by doing some mindful breathing in order for us to presence ourselves into our bodies, set our intentions and relax into the session. You decide what would feel best to you. We will discuss what type of touch you are comfortable with. We will also do a verbal warm up exercise to practice making and turning down requests, this builds trust between us before we get started.
I am comfortable receiving touch and I invite you to ask me anything. There are no stupid questions. An important part of the experience, and one thing that sets this apart from a service like a massage is that this a co-creation of mutual touch. We make the session what we want it to be as we go.
I would love to see you for regular sessions in order to know you better and guide you deeper into your awareness around touch.

Who benefits from sessions, who are your clients?
Anyone can benefit from platonic touch, even those who have experienced trauma and those who are touch adverse. We go at the pace of each individual, in the moment. No two sessions are alike. Just because I’m in the business of cuddling doesn’t mean we have to! We can sit across from each other and talk about touch. I am also happy to work along side the psychologists, counselors, and professional providers of my clients in order for you to have the best outcomes.
My clients range from college students to age 70, all genders and varying circumstances. The common theme is they all want to set this aside as 'me time' to enter into a state of true rest and feel more connected to themselves, to feel human and to thrive.
Will I get bored?
You will be surprised how quickly an hour goes by, many people find a few hours quite enjoyable. We will agree to communicate with each other so that we can relax, knowing that the session is enjoyable to both of us. Each session is what we make it and we will switch things up to keep them interesting.
What if I get aroused?
Arousal is a normal response to this level of intimacy. There is no shame or judgement from me, use this as an opportunity to just be with the sensation without acting on it. Notice and accept the wave of arousal and be curious about how easily it will dissipate. If you need to move or take a break that's okay.
I am open to talking about it.
What should I wear during the session?
I suggest comfortable clothes that you would lounge in, such as sweat pants or shorts (minimum of mid-thigh coverage) and a t-shirt or tank top.
I will be wearing something along those lines. I don’t accept requests regarding my attire.
I am happily married. Is it okay to book an appointment with you?
Yes. People of all relationship statuses benefit from therapeutic cuddling. Taking care of yourself in this way will have a positive affect on ALL of your relationships.
